The costs associated with the registration process, including shipping, will be covered by the participant.
If a work is selected to participate in the FIC• Puebla 2013, will receive a formal invitation to the Festival on August 12, 2013. The participant is obliged to send back the exhibition copy, which must be received no later than August 22, 2013. The exhibition copy must be submitted in one of the following formats:
The participant is the most interested in choosing the best format to suit their work.
The Selection Committee shall consist of experts in Cinematography. Members of the committee shall be appointed by the Organizing Committee of FIC • Puebla 2013. The Selection Committee has the power to move a registered work to a different category if deemed necessary, basing the reasons for the move. The participant is obliged to accept the change.
The Organizing Committee of FIC• Puebla 2013, along with the Selection Committee shall appoint the jury, which will be the responsible for choosing the winners and honorable mentions. The jury will consist of National and Foreign personalities who have contributed to the Film and / or cultural activities. The jury will not be composed of persons involved in the production or promotion of any of the films in competition. The Jury’s decision is final.
The Organizing Committee of FIC • Puebla 2013 will establish the order and date of exhibition of the selected films.
The FIC PUEBLA Director has the exclusive right to interpret any case not covered by this regulation. Cases not covered will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. In case of any dispute concerning the interpretation of any of the articles of this regulation, the original is written in Spanish and is available on its official website: http://www.ficp.mx to resort to direct corroboration. Inclusion of a work implies the full acceptance of these regulations. Failure of one or more articles may result in termination of your participation in the FIC • Puebla 2013.
